I drove in the snow for the first time ever. And I drove the mustang....right into a tree.

The poor mustang, first in a ditch last night, then a tree this morning. We really need a better car for this shit. xD

Holy hell, reading that lowered my IQ a bit.

In regards to the webcam thing. I'd do it more often but on the weekends Sean and I like to game together. So I can't exactly use his computer for the webcams.

Today I started to teach him how to make tags.

He will be good at it I think. He likes pushing buttons and seeing what happens. Filters ill be fun for him. xD

I bit my tongue. It feels funny and hurts when I chew gum. Speaking of gum, I wish I got mint instead of berry. The berry is too sweet. :(

My morning has gone well. Maybe I should aim for a nap before my obsidemon soul or that tengu run.

I miss the Rat around here. Hopefully everything is going well with her and her family. :D

If any of you guys that read this gets what I just said, you are on some good drugs. I'm all over the place today.

I seriously thought this week couldn't get any more stressful.

Yesterday I got home from work and realized I had started my period. Oh fucking joy. Last thing I needed to stress me out with this whole Thanksgiving cooking thing.

My stupid ass said, "Well it can't get any worse, I already have my cramps and period."

It did.

I woke up at about 4:30 with this feeling in my stomach. *sigh* I'm in the bathroom every 10 minutes. I don't know why but my theory is that I have stressed myself so much lately and eating greasy pizza last night with having my period caused me to get sick.

This may sound far fetched to a lotta people, but I have endometriosis which is known to mimic IBS at times. Soooooooo.

Yeah. This sucks. Usually I can get it all out of my system in about an hour or so. I just keep going and then drink plenty of fluids.

*prays* Thankfully these past few days I've been doing the prep work to speed today up. All my casseroles have been assembled and just need to have the cling wrap taken off and then tossed in the oven. The turkey and mashed potatoes are the only thing that has to be done today from scratch.

Yay for my anal retentive planning. Too bad my anus won't retain this morning :(

Sorry about the sickness, though. I know how that feels. But now I want pizza. . . .

So I signed up for the VR card exchange this year.

But I'm going to be doing things a bit different. Instead of going out and buying cards, I made up a little design for them and I'll print them myself.

It's not that I can't afford the cards (I can if I wanted) I just wanted to do something that I made.

It's pretty awesome looking so far. :D

Cool beans! ^_^

I bought some and personalized them through the American Cancer Society so the money spent on them went to treatments. ^_^

As you may know, I work with children. Some days they can be total stinkers, and some days they can really touch your heart.

Today was a bit of both.

I was lining up a class of first graders and one girl asked me if she could stand in the boys line because she wanted to avoid the girls that were making fun of her. I told her she could because I figured that would lessen any problems.

Well those little girls that were teasing her just got worse with it and were calling this girl some really nasty things. I was about to tell those girls to stop and that girl did something I am so proud of. Out of her mouth came these words: "I don't care if you want to be my friend or not. I have plenty of friends that like me for who I am! You guys are just mean and will always be that way."

I was astonished. That little girl spoke up for herself. And behind her the little boy she was hanging out with gave her a hug and told the other girls to leave her alone.

I obviously still told the others they were wrong for calling her names, but I am so amazed that this little girl stood up for herself like that. That is a good thing for her to have. She is a little overweight and will have to deal with problems like that for a while to come. But the fact she stood up to those brats like she did. Just amazing.

Just a little rant about something that happened on facebook.

I took a picture of the first snowfall a couple of weeks ago and posted about how bad that snowstorm was.

I get a comment from someone I game with "this is nothing, you are just not used to it yet"

Bullshit. I've told everyone time and time again that I grew up near Buffalo NY. I know what snow is. I know when it's just snow and when it is shit.

This same person hasn't seen snow in her area until today. Unlike her, last night we got 10 inches and last week (when I took that picture) Sean had to stay home because the roads were that bad. The schools even told people that if they lived in rural areas that the buses can't get there to do pickups.

It's one thing if I was bitching about a little tiny bit of snow. But when the schools are saying it isn't even safe to go out in that crap, I think I'm right in complaining about the weather.

On that note. The weather has been pretty shitty all weekend. Today it looks to be clearing up, but tomorrow the forecast has us getting freezing rain.

Yuck.

This is a rant for my psp groups that I am in. If you are in those groups or know what I'm talking about, you will understand this.

If you offer freebies up on your damn blogs for people to download, do us a favor. Do not use rapidshare to host your file.

Seriously.

Rapidshare is commonly called rapidshit for a reason. Please choose to use a better free service like 4shared or mediafire. Or megaupload if you get desperate.

I keep trying to download this damn file from rapidshit just so I can make a new scrap kit and I can't download it.

I just wanted to put a tidbit here before I run off to bed.

Sean is the most amazing guy on the planet. He heard me bitch about my shitty computer for about the millionth time and turned to me and asked "what ram did you want for it again?"

I pulled it up and showed it to him. Again.

Then he ordered it. ._.

So hopefully a little upgrade will make this baby run faster for me. It is a very early birthday present, but it's amazing in what it is. Most people wouldn't understand, but my computer needs that upgraded a bit. And it's far cheaper to just upgrade then buy a new computer.

I ♥ him so much. :)

Well the other day while I was fasting ended up being for no reason. No bloodwork was done and my doctor stated that the medication I am on doesn't require blood monitoring. Huge thing for me since I don't have as much time as I want anymore.

Tuesday as I was waiting for my appointment, I got curious and checked the website for where I work. I noticed there was a job opening as a special education aide. I figured I'd apply for shiggles since I already work at that school in the mornings and this would be added time in the afternoon.

Well they told me they are seriously interested in me getting that position on top of the one I have currently. My pay would jump a good bit and I would be eligible for benefits. This excites me a lot. :D

I recently got my letter from disability. I have my ALH set up and in the process of waiting for the judge to set a date. I'm hoping I can get this settled soon. Even though I may be getting this nice job that will support myself AND Sean (obviously with his income helping out) I would like to still win this case. Not to get free money, but to prove something. I would much rather work and support myself over mooching off the government. That may sound funny to some people, but this disability case was a last resort for me because I had hit rock bottom dealing with my life and my disability.

With the help of my amazing boyfriend, my therapist, and a few medications, I am attempting to live my life as a normal adult. It's not perfect, but I am proud of myself for doing so.

It's rather relaxing to wake up each morning, do the same things every day, eat dinner the same time every night, and sleep for about the same amount every day. The normalcy of this routine is comforting.

I know that every Thursday we go out for a dinner date. I know that every Friday is pizza night with his parents. Saturday and Sunday we spend time doing things together or around the house. I make bigger fancier meals on the weekends. It may seem boring to other people my age, but I enjoy it immensely.

Thanksgiving is coming up and I have my menu set and shopping started. I picked up the dry goods that won't go bad in the next few weeks last night. I plan on making a lot of classic dishes but with my little twist on them. Homemade dressing, fresh rolls, plenty of pies.

Just tasty food all around. :D

It took every inch of willpower to not order lunch today at work.

French toast sticks and fresh fruit. Nummy. D:

I may be obsessing about food, but I honestly haven't eaten since dinner yesterday. So I'm really hungry.

The reason?

I have a doctors appointment to start new medication for my mental health stuff today. I was told that because they are considering lithium for me, to fast in case of blood work. This is fairly typical for that medication. I'm used to it and it won't bother me. Sean promised dinner out after the appointment. I'm thinking either Subway or tacos. Depends on what he wants.

Last night we started to talk about Christmas gifts for his family and we were trying to decide if we were going to get separate gifts or get them together. As it looks, we will get them separate for the kids and go in together for the adults. I love all the kids so I want to get them some stuff. The adults though, we are unsure of what they want, so a couple of gift cards should suffice.

I'm hoping so at least. I don't really know what to get them.

I may be doing Thanksgiving dinner myself this year. I'm scared since I have to make food for everyone in his family. It's going to be hectic. Eeek!

*stares intently at the jar of candy we have on the desk*

I got a phone call yesterday reminding me to avoid eating at least 12 hours before my appointment in case she sends me over for blood work.

The fucking appointment is at 4:15 today.

Fat kid wants food :(

Fat kid also wants to know if one reeses mini cup will really fuck up my thyroid testing that bad.

Just sayin...
